Memorial Health is reminding residents that time is running out to take part in its community health survey.
The survey is open through October 31 and gives residents a chance to share their experiences, concerns and priorities related to health in the community.
Memorial Health says the responses will help identify local health needs and guide future health initiatives.
Residents are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share it with friends and family.
The survey is available online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/35R6NHN.
The deadline to participate is this Saturday, October 31.
