Long Creek Township Water customers are no longer under a boil order.
The order, issued September 30th, affected customers in Casner, Dalton City, Lake City, and La Place. Officials say it was put in place because of low chlorine levels in the water system.
The water department now says the boil order has been lifted, and customers may resume normal water use. For updates or more information, call Long Creek Township Water at 217-864-5656.
