Take the scenic route for nature!
The Macon County Conservation Foundation invites you to be part of the 18th Annual Prairie Pedal Bicycle Ride, happening Saturday, September 27th at Rock Springs Conservation Area.
Enjoy a day on two wheels as you ride along beautiful country roads, open skies, and scenic prairie views. Riders can choose the route that fits them best, with 20-mile, 40-mile, and 62-mile options available. Whether you’re a casual cyclist, a weekend rider, or ready for a longer challenge, Prairie Pedal is a great way to get outside and support a meaningful cause.
The ride takes place rain or shine, and early bird registration is just $35 through August 31st. Your registration includes rest stops, support vehicles along the route, a giveaway item, and lunch after the ride.
Best of all, proceeds from Prairie Pedal help support natural areas, wildlife, and conservation efforts right here in Macon County.
Gather your friends, tune up your bike, and take the scenic route for nature at the 18th Annual Prairie Pedal Bicycle Ride, September 27th at Rock Springs Conservation Area.
