ADM announces Jeff Rowe as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

ADM has announced the appointment of Jeff Rowe as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 17th.

In this role, Rowe will be responsible for overseeing ADM’s commercial businesses, research and development efforts, and global manufacturing operations. He will report directly to ADM Chairman and CEO Juan Luciano.

Rowe brings decades of experience in agriculture, innovation, and global business leadership. He joins ADM from Syngenta Group, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years with DuPont Pioneer, holding a variety of leadership roles across the seed and agriculture industry.

A fifth-generation farmer from Illinois, Rowe also brings a personal connection to the agricultural community. He says he is looking forward to helping advance ADM’s growth strategy while supporting farmers, strengthening customer relationships, and creating long-term value for customers and shareholders.

ADM says Rowe’s leadership experience and deep agricultural background will help support the company’s continued focus on innovation, operational excellence, and global growth.
