The Illinois Supreme Court and Illinois Judicial Conference are launching a statewide survey aimed at improving the circuit court experience.
From July 13 through July 31, 2026, people who use Illinois circuit courts will be invited to share feedback about their most recent courthouse experience. The anonymous survey will be available both on paper and electronically at circuit court courthouses across the state.
Court officials say the goal is to better understand how the public interacts with the court system. Results from the survey will help guide future policy decisions and identify ways to make Illinois courts more accessible, efficient, and user-focused.
