Remains Discovered in Lake Mattoon IDed As Plainfield Man

Illinois State Police have identified the human remains found in Lake Mattoon as Dalewayne Turner of Plainfield. Authorities say boaters discovered part of a human arm in the water Sunday night and contacted officials. Investigators later confirmed the remains belonged to Turner.
