Rural King Building New Headquarters In Mattoon

Rural King is expanding its footprint in Coles County with a major new headquarters project in Mattoon. Governor J.B. Pritzker announced the farm equipment supplier will invest 75 million dollars to build a new Store Support Center Campus. The facility will house Rural King’s leadership team and support departments, strengthening the company’s long-term presence in the region. State officials say the project will create 100 new full-time jobs while retaining 719 existing full-time positions in Coles County. The investment is being touted as a significant economic boost for Mattoon and surrounding communities.
