Southern Macon County in central Illinois... * Until 1230 AM CDT. * At 1138 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located along a line extending from near Mount Auburn to near Edinburg, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * These dangerous storms will be near... Blue Mound and Stonington around 1145 PM CDT. Moweaqua and Macon around 1150 PM CDT. Assumption around 1155 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of these tornadic storms include Bethany and Findlay. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... TAKE COVER NOW!
