The Coalition of Neighborhood Organizations, or CONO, invites Decatur residents to its upcoming meeting on February 17, 2026, at 5:30 pm. The gathering will be held in the Madden Room at the Decatur Public Library, 130 North Franklin Street. This monthly forum offers community members a chance to engage directly with city leadership. Decatur Police Chief Brad Allen will be the featured speaker and will respond to questions from the audience. CONO, known for distributing over 125 security doorbell cameras to residents, continues to focus on neighborhood safety and empowerment.
