Pritzker Launches Commission To Track Conduct Of Federal Agents In Illinois
Governor Pritzker is launching a new commission to keep track of the actions of federal agents in Illinois. The Illinois Accountability Commission is tasked with capturing and creating a public record of the conduct of federal law enforcement agents. The commission will also recommend actions to hold the federal government accountable. Pritzker is establishing the IAC at a time when federal immigration agents continue to conduct military-style operations in the Chicago area and other areas throughout the state.
