Windy Day In Illinois
It is going to be another windy day in Illinois. The National Weather Service says wind gusts could reach 50 miles per hour in some parts of the state. Gusty winds may blow down trees and power lines, which may cause power outages. A wind advisory will be in effect throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
