Authorities Reveal More Info On Deadly Shooting In Hervey City
(Hervey City, IL) — Authorities are revealing more information about a deadly shooting at a business in Hervey City. The Macon County Sheriff’s Office says Gregory Hostetler and 18-year-old Kolby Sunderland had towed a vehicle Monday to Five Star Auto Sales. Tiimon Perry went to the business to recover the vehicle. A fight broke out and Perry pulled out a handgun and shot Hostetler in the head, killing him. As Sunderland attempted to wrestle the gun away from Perry, both suffered gunshot wounds, leaving them hospitalized. Perry faces charges of First Degree Murder and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
