Police Believe Drive-By Was Targeted Shooting
(Decatur, IL) — Authorities continue to investigate a deadly drive-by shooting in Decatur. Police were called to Pershing Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive Wednesday morning, and found 22-year-old Kemari Carr with multiple gunshot wounds. Carr was taken to a hospital and later died. Police now believe Carr was targeted. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call police.
