Decatur City Manager Retiring
(Decatur, IL) — The Decatur City Manager is retiring next year. Scot Wrighton announced that he plans to retire in May at the City Council meeting Monday. He was hired as City Manager in January 2019. City officials plan to hire a consulting firm to find his replacement.
