ISP Seeking Help Investigating Decatur Man’s Death
(Decatur, IL) — Illinois State Police are seeking help in investigating the death of a Decatur man. James Taylor was found dead on May 19th in a rural area near his home. He was reported missing a week earlier and ISP is investigating the death as a homicide. Anyone with information is asked to contact Decatur Crime Stoppers.
