Decatur Man Convicted of Sexually Exploiting Minors
(Decatur, IL) — A federal jury is convicting a Decatur man of sexually exploiting minors. Kevin Dial was found guilty last week of two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, receipt of child pornography, and possession of child pornography. Prosecutors say evidence showed that Dial directed another person to video record themselves sexually abusing three children under the age of 11. Dial then ordered the person to send the video to him. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for February 26th.
