Man In Custody Following Decatur Double Murder
(Decatur, IL) — One person is in custody after two men were found dead in a vehicle last week in Decatur. Karlondus Thomas and Andrell O’Neal bodies were discovered Friday in the 800 block of South Webster Street. Both had suffered gunshot wounds. An arrest warrant was issued for Raheim Davis on charges of first-degree murder. He was arrested yesterday in Decatur.
