(Decatur, IL) — Decatur is implementing a curfew for minors. The decision was made in an attempt to prevent minors from getting involved in gun violence. Police say 24-percent of the people shot in the city so far this year have been juveniles, and 34-percent of those incident took place after 10 p.m.
