Second Arrest Made In Dog’s Death In Macon Co.
(Macon Co., IL) — A second person is being charged after a dog was found dead earlier this year in a crate alongside the road in Macon County. Dewery Ford faces of charge of obstructing justice for his involvement. Twyla Kitsos was arrested in March for failure of owner’s duties. Authorities say the discovery was made January 24th on the side of Sawyer Road south of Illiniwick in Decatur. The dog appeared to be emaciated.
