(Springfield, IL) — Governor Pritzker will give his 2023 State of the State and Budget Address today. The governor will be outlining his vision for the state of Illinois. For the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, he’ll present from the Illinois House chambers to a joint session of state representatives and senators.
