Two Decatur Mayoral Candidates Disqualified
Two candidates in the race of Mayor of Decatur are being disqualified. The Illinois State Board of Elections determined that candidates Abeer Motan and Mary Williams failed to acquire at least 85 signatures on their petitions. That means incumbent Mayor Julie Moore-Wolfe will run unopposed next April.
