Illinois Man Charged For Actions During Jan. 6th Capitol Breach
Another Illinois man is facing federal charges for his actions during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on January 6th of last year. Prosecutors say Tyng Jing Yang of Hoffman Estates was among rioters illegally on the grounds of the Capitol. He entered the Capitol Building and moved into the Rotunda, where he posed for photos. When law enforcement officers attempted to clear the crowd, Yang forcibly interfered by physically grabbing hold of an officer’s baton.
