Two Killed, One Hurt In Fiery Crash On I-55 Near Springfield
Two people are dead following a fiery three-vehicle crash on I-55 near Springfield over the weekend. State police say the crash happened Sunday night just north of the Pawnee-Auburn exit. A semi-truck was involved. One victim died at the scene, while a second was pronounced dead at the hospital. A third person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
