People Celebrating Halloween Should Plan Safe Way Home
The Illinois Department of Transportation, State Police and local law enforcement is reminding drivers to stay sober behind the wheel on Halloween. As of October 20th, more than one-thousand people have died on Illinois roads. Anyone going out to celebrate Halloween should plan for a safe way home. If you are impaired, call a cab, use a ride-sharing service or mass transit.
