More details are being revealed about the Macoupin County toddler who died last week. Authorities say three-year-old Hunter Drew died last Thursday. Ashley Bottoms has been charged in his death. The Department of Children and Family Services was involved with the boy, who was placed with a foster family last year before a court-ordered him to be placed in the custody of his father in August.
