Police Officers Involved In Deadly Decatur Shootout Released From Hospital
A pair of Decatur Police officers involved in a deadly shootout this week are out of the hospital. Both are now resting and beginning the recovery process. Authorities say the officers exchanged gunfire with Jamontey Neal after making a traffic stop Wednesday in the 13-hundred block of East Walnut. All three suffered gunshot wounds and Neal was pronounced dead at the hospital.
