Effingham Man Sentenced To Life For Sexually Assaulting Children
An Effingham man is receiving a life sentence for sexually assaulting multiple children at an in-home day care. Martin Hubbard was found guilty in July of eight counts of predatory criminal sexual assault to a child under the age of 13. Hubbard was arrested last December following a report of a sexual assault at the in-home day care in the one-thousand block of Grove Place.
