Police Confirm Missing Clinton Woman Is Safe
Authorities are confirming that a Clinton woman reported missing last month is safe. Juana Arellano-Garnica was last seen August 21st at her Clinton home. Police later reported that she had left the area voluntarily without committing any criminal wrongdoing. Yesterday, the Clinton Police Department announced that Arellano made personal contact with law enforcement to verify her safety and well-being and that the case is considered closed.
