Illinois Tops Virginia
Illinois football went down 3-to-0 early, but scored 24 unanswered points and went on to beat Virginia 24-3 in Champaign Saturday. Tommy DeVito passed for 196 yards and two touchdowns for the Fighting Illini, who improved to 2-and-1. Illinois returns to action September 22nd when it plays host to Chattanooga.
