Illinois Man Pleads Guilty Felony Charges In Jan. 6th Riot
An Illinois man is pleading guilty to felony charges for assaulting a law enforcement officer and a media member during the January 6th U.S. Capitol riot last year. Prosecutors say Shane Woods of Auburn knocked down an officer who was chasing someone who sprayed her with a chemical irritant. Woods also tackled a member of the media to the ground. He faces prison time when he is sentenced in January.
