Man Cited For Hitting ISP Squad Car in Wayne County.
A man is being cited for hitting an Illinois State Police Squad car in Wayne County. Authorities say a trooper was standing outside of the vehicle assisting another Trooper Monday night on I-64 when a pickup truck sideswiped the their vehicle. The trooper was hospitalized with minor injuries, while the driver of the pickup was issued a citation for a violation of Scott’s Law.
