Man Accused Of Abducting Woman In Coles Co
A man is accused of abducting a woman in Coles County this past weekend. Witnesses say a woman was forced into a vehicle early Saturday on I-57 near milepost 192. Troopers tried to pull the suspect over but he took off and led troopers on a high-speed chase. He was taken into custody in Mansfield. The woman was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
