Taylorville Man Charged With Child Sexual Assault
A Taylorville man is accused of sexually assaulting a child. Jesse Lacy is being held on 250-thousand-dollars bond on a charge of sexual assault of a victim under the age of 13. He was taken into custody Friday after prosecutors issued an arrest warrant the day before.
