6yo Boy Hurt In Sangamon Co. Crash
A six-year-old boy is critically hurt following a two-vehicle crash in Sangamon County. The accident happened yesterday at the intersection of Cardinal Hill Road and Hunter Road. Authorities say a 17-year-old girl was driving with the boy in her vehicle when she was hit by a semi-truck. The boy was taken to the hospital in critical condition, while the teen was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. She was also issued a ticket for failing to yield at an intersection.
