Three Shot Over Weekend In Champaign
Two shootings in Champaign over the weekend are being investigated. Police say a child and a 26-year-old man were shot outside homes in the eleven-hundred block of North Third Street just after 9 p.m. Saturday and both are in stable condition. A few minutes before 6 a.m. Sunday, a 17-year-old girl was shot in the 12-hundred block of Alberta Parkway when she was in her car. No arrests in either shooting have been made.
