Virginia Man Charged With Solicitation of Teen In Chatham
A Virginia man is charged with soliciting a teen in Chatham, Illinois. Chatham police received a report in March of a 14-year-old girl who had began receiving unsolicited sexually explicit messages via Snapchat. Following an investigation, Nicolas Ramey of Amissville, Virginia was charged with online sexual solicitation of a minor.
