Local Restaurants Organize Fundraiser
The community and local businesses are coming together to support the families of the teens involved in a deadly crash in Assumption last week. Two of the Central A&M High School students died in that crash and two others were seriously injured. Yesterday, the owners of Bricks Exquisite Eats organized a drive-thru fundraiser for the families. Several other local restaurants from Mount Zion, Decatur, Stonington, and Meridian donated meals and baked goods for the fundraising event.
