One Charged In Deadly Decatur Shooting

One man is charged in a deadly shooting in Decatur.  Police say shots were fired early Saturday in the 100 block of South Dipper Lane.  Officers found a shooting victim in the parking lot of an apartment complex and took him to the hospital, where he died.  Police arrested Deonte Drake and charged him with first-degree-murder.
