COVID Cases Down In Illinois

COVID-19 cases are down in Illinois.  Health officials reported more than 19-thousand new cases Monday, the lowest number since January 2nd.  The state is now averaging nearly 32-thousand new cases per day.  That number is on the decline for the first time since December 27th.
