Man Wounded In Decatur Shooting

Authorities are investigating after a man was shot in Decatur.  Police say the shooting happened yesterday in the 13-hundred block of North Water Street.  A person in a vehicle fired at a man in another vehicle.  The victim was hospitalized.  No arrests have been made.
