Drew Peterson Seeks To Have His Murder Conviction Overturned

A former Bolingbrook police sergeant is looking to go back to court later this month seeking to have his murder conviction dropped.  Drew Peterson was found guilty in 2012 of killing his third wife, Kathleen Savio.  He was then sentenced to 38 years in prison. Peterson claims that prosecutors in his murder trial acted inappropriately and his lead attorney was ineffective.  The court date is set for January 21.
