Pana Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Minor

A Pana man is accused of exposing himself to a minor on Christmas.  Donald Minard faces multiple charges, including exploitation of a child under 13.  Police say the crime took place Saturday outside Minard’s apartment.  Officers tried to arrest him, but he barricaded himself inside his home.  He was eventually taken into custody after a citizen helped the arresting officer.
