Decatur Road Closure – 200 block S Martin Luther King Jr Drive

Ameren is performing gas line installation work in the 200 block of South Martin Luther King Jr Drive. This work has caused the closure of the entire southbound lanes of South Martin Luther King Jr Drive, between E Wood Street and East Clay Street as of Tuesday, and will continue until approximately 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2021. The detour route is as follows: West Wood Street to South Main Street to East IL Route 105. Motorist should slow down, use extreme caution and are encouraged to seek an alternate route around the work zone.
