State Fair Offering Refunds

Some may not want to go out of concerns of increased COVID rates, or because they’ll be required to wear a mask or show proof of vaccination. But, those wanting refunds for grandstand concert tickets to this year’s Illinois State Fair have to either submit a form with the tickets they purchased, or work through Ticketmaster.
