U Of I System Requiring Indoor Masking For All On Campuses

The University of Illinois system is requiring indoor masking on all of its campuses, regardless of vaccination status.  The House Higher Education Committee met and heard recommendations from the Illinois Department of Public Health.  The Illinois Board of Higher Education says it agrees with IDPH recommendations on indoor masking.  The IBHE also says it will adopt policies that highly encourage COVID-19 vaccination for students, faculty, and staff on all its campuses.
