There are no more mask requirements or spectator capacity limits for high school sports. With the state now in Phase 5 of Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s COVID-19 reopening plan, high school sports in Illinois can now schedule contests and meets with other schools, even those from out-of-state. The Illinois High School Association also says masks are also no longer required for student-athletes, coaches and officials.
