Illinois State Superintendent Wants Kids In Classes, Mostly

Illinois is one step away from requiring kids back in in-person classes next year. The Illinois State Board of Education will decide tomorrow on a plan to require in-person classes. Schools would also need to have a remote-learning option for kids who do not qualify for the coronavirus vaccine. State Superintendent of Education Carmen Ayala says it is time for kids to get back to school.
