Illinois is taking the first big step toward reopening today. This is the beginning of the state’s ‘bridge phase.’ Governor JB Pritzker yesterday said crowd limits will jump to at least 60-percent, and other coronavirus restrictions will ease a little bit. Most importantly, the ‘bridge phase’ starts a 28-day clock to fully reopening the state. If everything goes well, Illinois should be back to normal by June 11th.
