Illinois is getting a C- grade on a federal infrastructure report. The report says Illinois’ bridges and highways are in poor condition. President Biden’s American Jobs Plan would put 600-billion dollars toward transforming the nation’s roads and bridges, as well as money for housing and other priorities. The plan also includes the creation of millions of jobs.
