Teen Shot In Domestic Incident; Two Arrested

Two suspects are under arrest in connection with the shooting of a Decatur teen.  Twenty-one-year-old Tyvion Burton, of Springfield, and 36-year-old Eli Rice, of Decatur, were taken into custody on Monday.  Officers were called to the scene of a domestic-related incident just after 3 a.m. Monday.  Upon arrival, they reportedly found a 15-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the groin area.  He was taken to Decatur Memorial Hospital.
